For over 28 years, Tammy has been helping customers with their dream of home ownership.  She is dedicated to helping them reach their goals and keeping her customer informed throughout the mortgage process. She can help you apply and help you understand just how much house you can afford.  She takes pride in providing the highest level of customer service and provides a wide array of mortgage options at competitive rates while tailoring the experience to suit your needs.  You can rest assure, when it comes to closing your home loan, she will make sure it is on time and take the stress out of the process.  She specializes in first time home buyer programs to include FHA, VA, USDA and THDA to name a few.  She can also refinance existing and new construction homes and can do conventional loans as well as investment property. 

Tammy is a native of Haywood County, TN.  She graduated from Haywood High in 1992 and later graduated with an Associates degree from Jackson State in 1994 and later graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership from the University of Memphis in 1998.  Tammy began her lending career while working and attending college and her passion has never changed.  She is currently the Branch Manager in the Brownsville, TN office and is licensed in both Tennessee and Mississippi.  Tammy prides herself on some of the fastest turn times in the industry.  She collects all paperwork upfront so you can concentrate on packing and moving while she does the work.
Tammy is the proud mother of two children, Riley,  who is completing her teaching degree at Union University and Cam, who is finishing out his Senior year at Haywood High and has dreams of becoming an Aerospace Engineer.  She is married to her husband, Jake, of 26 years.  With a well-rounded and diverse background in lending, marketing and customer service, Tammy knows how to best serve you in your search for the right financing solution for individual needs.  Often time, with little to no money down.  She will help you finance the home of your dreams and make sure you understand all the confusing acronyms that often make buyers confused.  She will hold your hand every step of the way.
